Millaa Millaa Falls (World Famous Falls In Far North Queensland)Millaa Millaa Falls are visited by many many thousands of people each year.
The rainforest has bush walks. Many birds and other wildlife may be seen by the keen observer. The Falls are a popular bathing spot on a hot day.The cliff formation in the basalt rocks in the picture to the left is the result of three distinct lava flows and features columnar basalt due to the slow cooling of the bottom lava flow.
Ellinjaa Falls The Atherton Tablelands, Far North Queensland .Elllinjaa Falls, one of the scenic falls on the "waterfalls circuit" of the Atherton Tablelands.
Josephine FallsJosephine Falls is 75km south of Cairns. Turn off the Bruce Highway 2km south of Miriwinni and drive 8km to Josephine Falls. The western approach is from Gourka Road, about 15km south-east of Malanda via Topaz Road.
